Each item in our collections is thoughtfully curated and described to the best of our ability. Given the nature of vintage and pre-owned pieces, subtle signs of age and wear are inherent to their character and not considered defects. While we strive for accuracy in photographs, dimensions, and descriptions, variations in colour or tone may occur due to screen settings.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase through the methods available on our website. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or other reasons.

We ship worldwide from our location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary based on destination and customs processing. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Artist Unknown is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers or incorrect address information.

International Orders: Taxes and Import Fees

When ordering from international locations, please be aware that additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are determined by your local government and are separate from the item price and shipping costs.

During checkout, we'll indicate whether import fees are included in your total. If not included, these charges will be assessed when your package arrives in your destination country. Neither our company nor our international partners control these fees, and we're unable to predict their amount.

As the recipient, you're responsible for paying any applicable import charges not included at checkout. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for a landed cost estimate before ordering.

Please note that these fees are typically collected by the delivery carrier or customs officials when your package arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we cannot intervene in this process or provide estimates for country-specific import charges.
