Are your items new or vintage?Most of our pieces are pre-loved or vintage. They carry stories, patinas, and histories that we believe enhance their beauty and value. Each object is carefully inspected, cleaned, and sometimes lightly restored to preserve its essence while ensuring lasting use.

How often do you release new collections?Our collections are released periodically — each one the result of extensive research, sourcing, and storytelling. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or following us on Instagram to be the first to discover new arrivals.

Do you ever restage past collections or offer archive access?While each collection is curated as a unique chapter, objects from past collections may reappear in our archive sales or be recontextualized in future editions if they help tell a new story. Our collections are always evolving, and we believe in giving the objects a second life when the time is right.

Do you restock the same items?No. Each item is unique and often one-of-a-kind. Once sold, it's unlikely to return. This ensures that your acquisition is truly special, an object with a story that becomes part of yours.

How can I be sure of the condition of the item?We provide clear, honest descriptions and photographs of each object. While these pieces may carry gentle signs of time, their imperfections are part of their character. If you have questions about a specific item, we're happy to provide additional information or images.

Do you offer certificates of authenticity or provenance?Every object arrives carefully packed in a custom, collectible handcrafted box, along with a numbered copy of the edition that accompanies the collection. Included in the package is a unique inventory record card, which provides all available information about the object based on our research. This card is signed by Artist Unknown and serves as a reference for the object's details.

Do you ship internationally?Yes. Our objects are meant to travel, just like us. We ship worldwide with trusted carriers and carefully package each item to ensure safe delivery. Shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?Yes. In accordance with European law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy section for more details.
