Returns Policy
At Artist Unknown, we are committed to our clients' satisfaction while adhering to European consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). As a customer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing via email at info@artistunknown.club within the 14-day period. Once we receive your cancellation notice, you must return the item(s) within an additional 14 days. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and documentation intact.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Please be careful when unpacking your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returned items must be returned undamaged and unused, with the original packaging included. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please be aware that if you have paid customs duties to receive your package and are seeking a refund for those charges, this must be handled directly with the carrier or your local tax authority. Artist Unknown is not able to refund customs fees.
Certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including custom-made or personalized items specifically for you, as well as digital content or downloads once delivery has commenced. These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or materially misdescribed. If your item arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, contact us immediately with photographs and details. We will resolve the issue in accordance with EU consumer law.
