Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the total at checkout and must be paid directly by the customer to the carrier or relevant authorities upon delivery. Artist Unknown is not responsible for any such fees, nor can we influence local customs processes.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 72 hours. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific item purchased. Estimated delivery windows are indicated on each product page and reiterated during checkout. Products that are made to order or shipped directly by artists or vendors may have longer lead times. For made-to-order items, please consult the individual product page for specific timelines.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. If you opted in at checkout, you will also receive updates via email and/or SMS. We recommend monitoring the tracking regularly to stay informed about the progress of your delivery. If you experience any issues or your tracking information is unavailable, our customer care team will be happy to assist.
Please note that we require a signature for all deliveries. As such, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Delivery of Items
For items that can be boxed and sent by standard carriers, the following shipping Times generally apply:

Shipping Limitations
While we strive to fulfill every order, there may be rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately via email and provide an updated delivery timeline or a full refund.
